Senior Life Insurance sales person is a liar.
They called me after I dialed the number just to save it in my phone. I was very specific about what I was looking for.
Their sales representative M.R, promised that the policy he was giving me for my mother was exactly what I asked for. My mother passed away on 06/01/2017 and on 07/10/2017 I received a letter saying that the policy was being contested because "of the policy I had" even though I received an email from this person who lied to me confirming our conversation and giving me the price quotes in writing. I was very clear with this man about my mother's conditions and he assured me that this was a better policy than the one I already had and that it would be effective immediately without the usual 2 years waiting period.
I'm very angry with this company and they should not be allowed to do business at all. The death of a loved one is too serious for people like this to be involved with.

I received mail from this company that looks like an official government notification of "2021 Benefit Information For Illinois Citizens Only" In the top corners are upper left "IL"-upper right "2021." It wants me to complete and return a postage paid card. The first line on this document says--"As a resident of Illinois, you are entitled to more benefits not provided by your government funds." Looks like they are trying to look official and trap some seniors into buying insurance.
Did you not process what you were reading? You received mail, you read it.
Was there no way to google the company? What is criminal about what you read. Are you not able to educate yourself on how this process works? You might be able to get more than the 255 dollars the gov't will give you.
What is untrue about that? You MAY or you MAY not....Depends on YOUR health. It is official. That is their Logo-and?
Insurance companies are State-Regulated. The only variations/wild cards are the Agent, and the Consumer's level of understanding. I read these reviews, and it seems that ignorance abounds. Reading is fundamental.
Looks like they are trying to look official. Is this not the way you want to look when Presenting yourself to another? What? Should the information have looked rag-tag?
Is this how you appear to others when presenting yourself? It could be the grocery store. It is all about presentation...otherwise, you would have been complaining about that...smh. At least get mad about the right thing.
Especially, if you let yourself get old, and now you are bitter because insurance is high for people who did not put things in place when they were younger. This may not be the case for you, but I hear this kind of garbage from this site from ignorant people. Who refuse to educate themselves. Did they send you an as a resident of IL, an Ohio post card?
Then you would have a point, otherwise, if you are in IL, that is why you got an IL card. Where are you going to get insurance, if you do not have it now... an Agent/Broker perhaps? What are commercials for?
Those are forms of ADVERTISING...
Stop complaining, especially if you do not have insurance, and if you had it, you would understand... Which is why I think you probably do not have any.

Verbal guarantees are worth the paper they are written on. Never rely on what a salesman tells you.
The more we are you pal, friend crap, the more the red flags, or too good to be true ads, like reverse mortgages. There is a scam, wind up in the hospital for say a month, then needing outside of house living for a month or 2 to recover, that can, will trigger the mortgage coming due.
